Monday Munchies... Hawaiian Haystacks

We love Hawaiian Haystacks around our house.


It's such an easy meal to make and is pretty much perfect for a 3 year old because they can pick and choose what they want to eat.

SHOPPING LIST
3 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1/4 Cup of Milk
Rice
TOPPINGS - YOUR CHOICE!!! WE USED...
Green Onion
Pineapple
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Green Pepper
Black Olives
Chow Mein Noodles
Tomatoes
Celery


1. Combine Chicken Breasts, Cream of Chicken soup and Milk into crock pot. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.

2. Cook Rice.

3. Chop up all fruits and veggies.

4. Place rice on plate and top with chicken mixture.

5. Top with whatever you would like.

ENJOY!!!


So simple.
So delicious.
Perfection on a plate!

I also love to save the leftovers for making breakfast burritos or an omelet. 
There's just so much good in this meal!
